The processing time for orders is 48 Hours.

Delivery with our courier will then be 3-5 business days for orders within the United Kingdom. 

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days then please contact us at info@sassyspirit.co.uk so that we can open an investigation with the courier. Couriers typically take up to 10 business days to investigate a lost parcel. If you parcel is determined lost by the Carrier you will be asked to complete a "Denial of Receipt" statement. As soon as this statement is received Sassy Spirit Ltd will send out replacement goods or provide a refund.

We will stay in contact with you if your parcel is being investigated as lost to ensure a successful outcome.

Please note that no replacement orders or refund will be processed until the courier has classified the parcel as lost and we have received a Denial of Receipt statement. We appreciate your co-operation on this point and recognise that the loss of parcels is disappointing and frustrating for both the customer and Sassy Spirit and we recognise that by following this process neither party is financially disadvantaged by the situation.

Please don't be offended if your order has arrived in an odd shaped box. We re-use packaging where we can to try and reduce our carbon footprint. Please note that during busy periods, bad weather or if industrial action is taking place Sassy Spirit Ltd can not be held responsible for delays in delivery but we will do our best to maintain contact with you and provide as much up to date information as we can.
